Duanex AI Strategy Session SMS — Terms & Conditions

1. Program description. Users opt in during an inbound call with Duanex by explicitly consenting to receive one SMS with a booking link for a free AI strategy session and then providing their phone number. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Duanex related to session scheduling, including booking links, confirmations, and reminders if applicable. Message content is transactional and based on your request.
2. Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you can opt in again during a new inbound call with Duanex.
3. Help / Support. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with HELP for more assistance, or contact us at info@duanex.com.
4. Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & data rates / frequency. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on user requests, typically 1–3 messages per booking, including a booking link and optional confirmation or reminder.
